The role of a Support Coordinator is to help you utlise your plan in a way that helps you to reach your goals.
Ways a Support Coordinator may assist you include:
Helping you to understand your NDIS Plan
Connecting you with relevant services and supports
Helping you to maintain formal and informal supports
Monitoring your budget
Building your skills to enable you to navigate supports independently
Assist with NDIS Plan reviews

Psychosocial Recovery Coaches are individuals who have an understanding of mental health and often a lived experience background.
Similarly to a Support Coordinator, the role of a Recovery Coach is to assist you with support connection, as well as support you on your journey.
The role of a Recovery Coach can include but is not limited to:
Helping you to understand your NDIS Plan
Connecting you with relevant services and supports
Helping you to maintain formal and informal supports
Monitoring your budget
Building your skills to enable you to navigate supports independently
Assist with NDIS Plan reviews
Liaise with other Supports to understand your needs and offer the best support to you
